INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) FOR THE PROVISION OF SECURITY AND OTHER RELATED SERVICES FOR THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN ANKARA, REPUBLIC OF TÜRKİYE

To all interested vendors,

                        The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Ankara is inviting you to participate in this open Invitation to Quote (ITT) procurement opportunity for the provision of security and other related services for the Embassy.

2                      The tender opening period is from 27 May 2024 to 5 July 2024 and will close at 5pm (Türkiye time; GMT+3) on 5 July 2024 (Friday). Interested vendors may email the Embassy at ankara_procurement@mfa.sg to request for the ITT documents during the tender opening period, where the full details are included. There is also a compulsory briefing session at 3.30pm on 3 June 2024 (Monday) at the Embassy which require registration.

3                      All submissions have to be sent to the Embassy by hand via hardcopy sealed envelopes only at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Ankara, Türkiye by 5pm (Türkiye time; GMT+3) on 5 July 2024 (Friday). No other modes of submission would be accepted.

4                      The tender schedule and tender award notice would be posted on the Embassy’s bulletin board.
