INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) FOR THE PROVISION OF HORTICULTURAL SERVICES FOR THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN ANKARA, REPUBLIC OF TÜRKİYE

To all interested vendors,

                        The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Ankara is inviting you to participate in this open Invitation to Quote (ITQ) procurement opportunity for the provision of horticultural services for the Embassy.

2                      The quotation opening period is from 28 August 2025 to 5 September 2025 and will close at 5pm (Türkiye time; GMT+3) on 5 September 2025 (Friday). Interested vendors may email the Embassy at ankara_procurement@mfa.sg to request for the ITQ documents during the quotation opening period, where the full details are included. There is also a non-compulsory site show-around session between 9.00am to 12.00pm or 1.30pm to 4.30pm on 2 September 2025 (Tuesday) at the Embassy which requires registration.

3                      All submissions have to be sent to the Embassy in softcopy via email by 5pm (Türkiye time; GMT+3) on 5 September 2025 (Friday). No other modes of submission would be accepted.

4                      The quotation schedule and quotation award notice would be posted on the Embassy’s bulletin board.
