INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) FOR THE PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE SECURITY, ELECTRICAL AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS FOR THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN ANKARA, REPUBLIC OF TÜRKİYE
To all interested vendors,
The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Ankara is inviting you to participate in this open Invitation to Quote (ITQ) procurement opportunity for the provision of integrated maintenance services for the security, electrical and communication systems for the Embassy of The Republic of Singapore in Ankara.
2 The tender opening period is from 9 September 2024 to 17 September 2024 and will close at 5pm (Türkiye time; GMT+3) on 17 September 2024 (Tuesday). Interested vendors may email the Embassy at ankara_procurement@mfa.sg to request for the ITQ documents during the tender opening period, where the full details are included. There is also an optional systems show-round session at the Embassy during office hours of the ITQ opening period, which require registration. Interested vendors may make an appointment, addressed to Mr Muhammad Tarmizi, Attaché (Administration & Technical), via email at ankara_procurement@mfa.sg by 12pm on 11 September 2024 (Wednesday).
3 All submissions have to be sent to the Embassy in softcopy via email by 5pm (Türkiye time; GMT+3) on 17 September 2024 (Tuesday). No other modes of submission would be accepted.
4 The tender schedule and tender award notice would be posted on the Embassy’s bulletin board.
